The shirt feels really nice and the print looks like it will hold up well. The sizing was a little different than I expected, so I took off one star for that, but overall it’s good quality. I’d still recommend it if you don’t mind double-checking the size chart first

Customer service was okay, I guess. They were slow to respond, but at least they were helpful once they finally got back to me. Still, the whole experience left me feeling kind of stupid for trusting them in the first place.

Communication was poor. I had to check in a few times just to get some idea of what was happening, and the tracking only updated once in a while, so I was basically guessing where my order was most of the time. It got frustrating after a bit and made the whole order feel more stressful than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they sort this out

I tried to return my order the whole process was way more frustrating than I expected. It took too long to get replies to my emails, the exchange details weren’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information. In the end, I’m still not really satisfied with how everything was handled. Personally, I wouldn’t order from them again if there’s even a small chance I might need to return something

I ordered because I really respect what they stand for and wanted to support Palestinian families instead of just buying from some random brand. That part still feels good, but i was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. I still appreciate the mission, I just wish everything else had lived up to it a little more.

so I ordered a hoodie and the whole delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely updated for days, then it finally showed a delivery date, only to change again.
I ended up having to contact support just to figure out where my order was. It did arrive eventually, but it was late, and I’m not sure I’d order again if the shipping is going to be this unreliable.

At first glance, the designs look authentic enough to pass the vibe check. But the more I looked, the more I had this tiny dramatic alarm bell going off in my head because a few of them feel a little too familiar, almost like they might’ve been copied. Not a total disaster, but I’m still not fully sure.

Really liked the cultural feel, it comes through well. Not perfect, but solid overall.

I had a good time browsing paliroots. They have a solid mix of shirts, hoodies, flags, and little accessories, so it didn’t take long for me to find a few things I liked.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that a couple items, or actually, some of the sizes I wanted, were already sold out when I checked. Still, overall it’s a good site and I’d probably shop there again.

I was in a calm mood when I first went on PaliRoots, just trying to browse and maybe order something, but it got annoying fast. The pages were loading really slowly, and the menu kept shifting around on my phone, which made everything feel harder than it needed to be.

The filters didn’t seem to work properly for me either, and I kept having to go back because product pages were opening in a weird way. By the time I got to checkout, I was already irritated, and the process felt confusing enough that I just gave up before placing an order.
